This feeding trough makes it easy to feed your livestock and limits the amount of food you waste. I like that it is easy to clean out. You can use this for one maybe two horses, and maybe 6 goats max. So, you will want to make sure everyone will have enough room to eat. It holds a decent amount of feed and is easy to refill. It is well made and should last quite a while. I love that this has smooth edges, so no worries about anyone getting cut or hurt on sharp metal.

This is a nice food trough. It is made of sturdy metal materials. It was easy to assemble. It is low to the ground for smaller animals. It holds a large amount of food. The edges are smooth to prevent an animal from catching fur or skin. I am using this for my wildlife. It has enough room for several animals to eat at once. The height is great for the animals that don’t climb well. I am very happy with how well it is working out.

the winter salt was eating up my cement so I got the bright idea to store the salt in this and I love it, game changer. works well for my intended purpose. holds a lot of salt. easy to access when it snows making it easy to distribute. It has multi usage.

I was actually surprised once I built this. I thought this was going to be yet another feeding system that would last too short a time.It’s sturdy, fairly heavy duty, can be moved and the goats can actually stand in it without having it cave in on them.One draw back is the lack of drainage. We leave ours outside uncovered. I drilled holes (this is fairly thick steel) but water still collects. Get your drill bit out, and file as you don’t want sharp spurs by tongues.That is the only reason it isn’t five stars. Although when there is water in it just tip and it’s clear but accordingly it does require a little maintenance.
