Revision- The chromed plastic base cracked in 6 months between faucet hole and the center riser. Looks like crap and I have to replace it. It has been "value engineered" to death. My original post is below.This works well, including the ceramic valves. The base is metalized plastic and flexes so that it does not stay locked into the black plastic base piece. Not a serious problem as it still sits flat, looks fine and requires silicone caulk to seal the base, regardless. The other quality issue is that the cold water valve has half the flow rate of the hot. Again, not a serious issue, but indicates a partial blockage of the internal plumbing on the cold side.At this faucet's bargain price, if it serves well for a dozen years I'll be happy. My last similar faucet also had ceramic valves which started weeping slowly at 15 years. That's good for my hard well water. I"d rather have an inexpensive faucet that can just be replaced as a unit affordably when the time comes.

So nice to find a reasonably priced RV faucet with metal construction! The last one was plastic and only lasted a year. This is much sturdier and amazing quality for the money. It would be a good deal at twice the price. It only took about 10 minutes to install and no tools needed!

Mucha gente cree que es mejor tener una mezcladora monomando, y es verdad que tienen sus ventajas....pero son mucho mas difíciles de instalar, y lo peor, durante su uso, difícil regular el flujo de agua, aspecto importante cuando se quiere ser razonable en el consumo del agua....Esta mezcladora que compré, es muy recomendable porque es bonita, fácil de instalar, y permite regular el flujo del agua al detalle, con gran facilidad.....creo que en diseño de las monomando nunca han pensado en hacerlas eficientes. Recomiendo esta mezcladora, y tiene muy buen precio.
