I LOVE this set! Bought it for my grand-daughter, to pretend farmers market. Pieces are large and sturdy and the basket and buckets are just the right size with sturdy handles. Nice variety, Good for sorting and teaching colors. This is a winner in my opinion.

Purchased for two year old. Encourages matching parts, sorting, using a knife, imaginary play. Realistic enough to correlate with real fruits and veggies but small enough for little hands.

This is truly a FANTASTIC ITEM! It is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR ANY YOUNG CHILD! My grandson just turned 2 and he hasn't put this toy down yet! He's been slicing and dicing for hours (with the fake butter knife and mini cutting boards that it comes with! I am really truly impressed with quality of this item as well as the very generous assortment of fruits and vegetables that you get with it! The pieces are all very strong, bright, and colorful, but best of all - its something that every child (boy or girl) will find to be extremely engaging! MY GRANDSON LOVES IT! This is an item I have no problem recommending to everyone! it truly is a great buy! I'm so very happy that I bought it!

I like this toy BUT I didn't expect the baskets to be so small. However, my toddler doesn't seem to mind! She loves toys like this and I think they are great for her developing fine motor skills. They are easy to"cut", easy to put away, and fun to play with. The colors are vibrant and fairly accurate considering they are just toys.
