It's good wire, made by a reputable manufacturer, made in the US. The only complaint is the awful plastic smell. It might be par for the course but if you're installing a large amount of this within a living space I would recommend letting it outgas somewhere else for awhile. I had the entire spool unwound on my basement floor and the area really smelled until I let fresh air in from outside. It's been a couple weeks and I'm still waiting for the wire to significantly reduce the VOCs it's releasing.

Southwire is a great brand, and the price on Amazon was better than the local big-box. Copper is stupid expensive, but if need it, you need it. Shipment was quick and the price was right, so I'm happy.

Only rated for 60C temp and dry location. In Canada, residential wire is typically nmw 90C. Probably would not pass inspection in Canada.
