Reduction in property means no need for a full size gas chain saw. Nothing to winterize. Handy for just out of reach small branches. Light weight & almost flimsy, but works well. ONLY negative is that it would be preferred to have the chainsaw as a stand alone unit & add sections from saw. Instead, the saw is connected to one unattachable pole. Makes it too long for up close applications like a standard saw. Easily overcome, but would be handier if the design were slightly different.

Very lightweight and unable to cut even small branches. The pole is extremely weak and unable to put pressure on the cut. Sadly unable to return because I did not use it during the 30-day period

If you put all sections together, this is really heavy. You can take out the centre section, and it is easier. I've been raising the canopy at the cottage. Works well.

Excellent product.Don't let anybody tell you.This is a girly girl Chainsaw, this thing cut incredibly, but what you do need to know is keep the chain lubricated and keep oil on hand cause it did go through oil. I chopped all that down in about an hour and it works excellent. I can't recommend this enough. The price is great. The quality is excellent. Battery life worked the entire time.

Liked the length of the pole and not difficult to use, however no matter what we did, we could not keep the chain on the bar. We were trying to cut a hardwood tree branch so that may have been why so maybe soft wood would be easier to cut.

I worked this cutter / chain saw for 15 hours of hard work now. Never a problem or a let down.Only expect what you are paying for and you will be overjoyed. This tool is long so handling it is a little wonkey at first. Once you get the hang of it, It does become more comfortable to use. I have huge bushes that follow my property line for over 50 feet. The bushes are all 16 feet high and very dense. The hedge trimmer went through it so fast that I was amazed. The silly little chainsaw attachment turned into a hard working life saver. This tool is not for a daily use proffesional. A home owner with the occasional need will love the ease and time savings. The battery life was amazing. I am a happy camper with this one.

The trimmer works well and is very versatile. Be aware when using the trimmer attachment and the extra pole the maximum length is just over 9 feet. The saw attachment is slightly longer. I was anticipating the trimmer was longer based on the advertisement. Love how the handle can be rotated for ease of use and how the trimmer and saw head angles can be adjusted.

I like this machine so much. It can be used for a long time. It can cut very high branches. It is very convenient and practical. I will recommend it to my friends.

I have a plot of large plants behind my garage that I have regularly paid my gardener $300 to cut back. This chain saw cuts them down easily. It saved me hundreds of dollars the first time I used it. The hedge trimmer works well also. It handles thick branches that my old trimmer wouldn’t.It is a bit complicated to assemble, and the instructions aren’t very helpful, but once mastered,it is well worth the price.

You need two batteries if you have alot of bushes to cut!But the tool works pretty good!It's a bit challenging in the beginning!But I get used to it after the first use! And it's amazing!!!I reached a very high spot with the telemetric stick!I bought another battery, and the after sales service is amazing!!I recommend definitely 👍🏽
