I paint cars. I bought this pack mainly for the acetone & blank bottle to put lacquer thinner in. They drip alot, the whole bottle will drip/squirt out. They are unusable for thermoreactive chemicals; even the ones labeled as such. The alcohol bottles drip moderately. The h20 & bleach drip some. Do yourself a favor & buy better bottles. Update: I rinsed the blank bottle I used for lacquer thinner & filled it w/ acedic acid it drips Kind of like the h20 & bleach bottles. By that I mean they drip a lot if you just set it down. They drip a little if you tilt the bottle back & watch to make certain to vent excess liquid in the nozzel, big pain.

I ordered the "Bel-Art Scienceware 117160050 6 PIECE Low Density Polyethylene 500mL 4-Color Wide-Mouth Safety-Labeled Wash Bottle ASSORTMENT, Right-to-Know" for $39.15 but received only 4 BOTTLES LABELED ETHANOL.Please fix this.

Great bottles. All 6 bottles function as intended, the acetone leaks if you put the plastic straw in but won't leak if you leave it out, most volatile solvents will do this if the bottle doesn't have a way to equalize pressure. Just to note, the labels on the bottles are in different spots relative to the spout and do not line up like in the image shown.

I used these for a Mad Scientist party for my fiance. (I know, dangerous)Since I don't live in a science lab, and all of our actually dangerous chemicals stay at the lab, I reckoned it was worth the risk.These are great for putting liquor in. I used a little piece of washi tape on every lid to label what spirit was present. I did cut the tips a bit to increase the flow rate and make pouring shots go more quickly.I highly recommend for this use, as long as you take precautions to ensure no one accidentally gets poisoned. :DEach bottle holds almost a full 750 mL.

These are great except for the acetone bottle. The acetone squirts out on its own with no persuasion other than temperature changes. This is unacceptable for a bottle that is labeled "Acetone". This problem was so severe that over time, the acetone bottle will literally empty itself on my table, which is very bad for the table and has caused damage.Edit 8/16/15 (changed from 3 to 5 stars)They sent me the one safety ventilated acetone bottle, which eliminated the problem. If you are going to store acetone, you should just get the safety ventilated bottles. They look otherwise identical to these bottles, but have a vent somewhere (by making the threads not seal? not sure, but it works and doesn't leak). The safety vented bottles just have a little label of an 'anti' (cross-out symbol) droplet. Get those instead.Good service
