This part was advertised as a factory original part and is also priced that way. It is not- it is clearly an aftermarket part with a cheap homemade label attached, it is not as pictured. Also paid for one day shipping and it arrived a day late. Completely unsatisfied with this purchase.

Our 20+ year old Hayward Heatmaster heater was not kicking on. Replaced the control board with this one and now it kicks on right away. One of the connectors on the old board had a smaller connector so I had to replace it with the larger one and it works just fine. Even tho it's an old heater just could not see spending over 3500 bucks on a new one. Not as efficient as the newer ones but it still puts out heat to heat the pool or spa. Bang for buck worth it. Fast shipping and received sooner than expected. Great replacement part.

I received the newer version of this control board. The newer one has a feature that eliminates the need for the fame sensor. My furnace has never worked better. The new control board has completely change the way my furnace operates. Instead of the fan coming on, then lots of clicking, and then the main burners lighting. The entire process is instant. The thermostat calls for heat, the fan comes on, one click or two, the main burners light, the furnace is on. I am so glad I bought this. My old one was still good, my exhaust fan motor assembly went out. I bought the motor, control board, high temp tubing. After I got my furnace working, better than it has ever worked before. I even bought a fancy new thermostat. My furnace should be good for another 30 years.

I replaced my existing ignition control on our pool heater, and it worked really well on the test. The old ignition control was out in the southwest climate for years before it failed, so hopefully this one lasts another 10 years.
