I purchased this to replace the stock A/C auxiliary fan front of the condenser on a 93 4Runner. It really helps the ac at stops in las vegas heat. I wired it up to the stock plug for signal to an adjustable time Hella "delay on" relay to a Beuler adjustable time "delay off" relay to a generic 40A relay to do the heavy work. Delay on 5 secs to avoid voltage spikes at start and delay off 3 min after engine shutoff run time to help with heat soak, vapor lock, and, to keep ac cold making stops around town. Have room for a 10" which i will change out for. Very happy. Neat little setup the way I wired it. Also look into dakota digital fan controllers. Can run after key off for 5 min, or down to set temp. Really helps getting the heat down in the engine bay after shut down prolonging the life of everything underhood. Should have come this way from Toyota. Cant wait to see how the $180 10" paddle pusher will perform if this little dude helped so much already.
