The plastic sleeve becomes too tight because of the swelling from the concrete, making it impossible for the pole to fit properly. Even if it had fit, the concrete's resistance against the plastic creates a loose "play" between the sleeve and the concrete, likely leading to instability and movement, as noted in another review. I removed and returned the sleeve.

Plastic sleeve fits over post tightly but after concrete dried I noticed the post can move pretty good in the sleeve, making it not so sturdy even tho I poured 10 bags of concrete around it and made sure to get all the air out! Plus is post can slide right out but moves pretty good and you lose over a foot on the height!
