I purchased this to cover and protect a new kitchen table, and decide on this more expensive option than one half the price. I'm glad I spent the extra money as it's a thick, quality piece of glass. It has a black edge which actually matches the dark cappuccino wood it's sitting on.

This glass is perfect for my table, looks gorgeous and protects the wood. The only thing lacking and the reason for the 4 stars instead of five is they did NOT include those little round discs that make it stick to the wood. I still have to go find those and buy those somewhere and the glass is sliding around on my table in the meantime. I have never purchased glass where they did not include those. Beautiful glass, but bad move on their part not to put those in.

The glass table top arrived in record time, well crated and perfect condition. It is being used on top of a of teak outdoor table used indoors and looks fabulous. I ordered slightly larger that the table itself (1" overhang all sides) which was the dimension of the bevel on the glass. It is 1/2" and quite heavy- I am very pleased and recommend the product highly.
