In addition, it includes dual XGT technology, which uses a tapered tube with a thickness that is refined with outward and vibrocore technology, a complex which helps to reduce resonance and better distributes vibration, and to avoid the phenomenon of. As a result, the driver is less in the ground, to be operational for longer by reducing the effect of fatigue in the shoulders, arms and hands. The rise is super comfy. I don’t know that I need the vibracore but I will take every bet of help. If you don’t have a high rise bar you don’t know what you are missing

I wanted wider bars to match my summer bike so the switch in the fall was a bit less "wierd". This is the 2nd set of Spank bars I have used. One set on Trek Farley in ~ 2018, and now on on a 2024 Trek Farley. I used the Spank Split 50mm stem and install was very easy. Consider ordering some Stem Spacers if you are changing stem. The trail vibration seems slighlty less, but the bars had me with being wider. Also I run bar ends so don't judge me!

Bars have a perfect geometry for me. Extremely comfortable and sturdy. The vibrocore makes them super damp. I also have vibrocore wheels and the combo is so smooth.

The rise and feel of the bars works for me. The vibrocore aspect of it is still to be determined. I do not feel the difference.

Great feel, the rise is phenomenal for climbing and arm position, the vibro core really does dampen the shock and makes rough biking easier on hands and arms.Seller is also exceptional - sent it to me early!

Vibrocore seems to work. I can't really say how much, but I do think there is an improvement in preventing my hands from going numb. It's not a complete cure for me though. On another note, the bar is REDICULOUSLY wide, as are most bars now a days. The trends in bicycles come from the west where downhill is a big thing. Well, Michigan is a long ways from California and our needs are considerably different in general. If the trail creators in your area are sadistic like the ones here in Michigan it won't take you long to realize that this bar needs to be narrowed by about 6 inches more. Most of the trails I ride purposely route you between trees that are close enough together that Rosie O'Donnel couldn't hope to squeeze between them sideways. I mean we don't have mountains so you have to create a challenge somehow right? Regardless, I chopped about 3 inches off per side and things are much better. FYI that was well beyond the maximum cut line on the bar. I did it anyway. Live on the wild side. The Styrofoam inside the bar extends to somewhere around the maximum cut line. My grips use a plug in the end of them that's an inch or so long, so I had to remove that much Styrofoam from the inside to get them to fit. Not a big deal, but extra work of course. I think the styrofoam inside is a bit more dense than "great stuff" spray foam, but I'd be willing to bet you could use that on standard bars and get a similar deadening effect.
