I ordered a pair of these for an airsoft loadout, i was using nerf swords to start. these look WAAAY cool in person and feel great in my hands. super lightweight. im too excited to use them next time I go play airsoft.

Very nice for what I needed. I planned to paint this prop from the start so the slight messiness of the painting didn't matter to me lol. I ended up using this for my bleach cosplays and it's great. It's super light weight and aLot longer then I expected it to be, I was half scared I was gonna end up with a kid sized sword or a sword that was damaged but it was perfect! I didn't have a single problem with it which was awesome. My younger brother wanted to have one too cus it was so fun to mess with lol it's super durable despite it being light weight which makes it v pog

From other reviews, what I was most worried about for this was that the handle wouldn't be sturdy and the sword would end up kinda flopping around if not held really close to the guard, due to the inner support not traveling the entire way up the hilt. That is not the case for my sword! (Even though not a comfortable grip realistically, I can hold the very end of the hilt and the sword stays sturdy.) Very pleased with that. I've never had a fake weapon such as this before, so I wasn't really sure what to expect with 'foam,' but it's a very dense foam all over, which contributes to that sturdiness.The only reason I gave 4 stars for now is because I'm using the sword for a cosplay, so I'll need to make some adjustments (painting, installing a different guard, etc.) and will be carrying it around with me for an entire day. I'll update my review after that to reflect my thoughts then, which will probably include more on the feature of durability!

These swords are amazing. Well worth the money, very lightweight. Scabbard is so fun flipping the sword in and out of it. Works incredible with my traditional samurai outfit. These even look good if you are to display them on a wall. Definitely happy with my purchase. Perfect for Halloween or cosplay.

Decent looking prob katana for cosplay and other decorative purposes but not for sparring or dueling the foam is made more so to look real and has a more plasticish texture so great for cosplay or reference photos but as a sparring weapon or larp weapon even probably only would last a few clashes because of the flimsy blade and style/texture of the foam only main issue is that the guard is loose and makes it abit uncomfortable to swing at times but its possible to get use too.

My grandson loved the SparkFoam Samurai Sword. He watches a lot of Anime shows so he wanted to be able to make some of the same moves his heroes make with the weapons they use. I must admit that I was quite impressed with the sword. It is so realistic looking and sturdy that you can't tell that it is made of form and plastic when you first see it. Another plus is that it is huge.

I am blown away by this foam sword. This thing is absolutely durable. I have been sparring with a friend who also has one of these, and we have been swinging upon one another with impressive force. It’s incredibly light weight. Makes it perfect for swinging around with ease. The handle is firm and feels good in the hand. Be advised, if you hit things with the blade, it leaves marks in the foam. This does not harm the condition of the blade however, the marks are only cosmetic and I like to think of them as “battle scars”. The sheath for this sword is a hard durable material. The sword fits into the sheath perfectly so that it stays snug in place while walking or running. There is even a little eyehole to attach the sheath to a belt or some sort of sling. I have owned this product for about a year now. I am still in love with it. I would highly recommend any spark foam sword to anyone looking for either a cool toy, or something to actually spar with safely. 10/10 would buy again if mine broke, but I haven’t been able to do that yet!
