Easy to do with the right tools. Quality product. Good instructions on paper and on video via website and YouTube.Used a chisel, rag, box cutter, (goof off) for glue residue, that’s pretty much it. Glue gets tacky pretty fast. Great product.

The product is great. luckily the 12w6v2 is one of the easiest speakers to attempt to fix yourself. and what a difference i did not know why my speakers would not bump . then i saw both 12s the foam was tore . now they bump again and sound great.

This repair kit, and I would say all of the similar repair kits offered are exactly what the speaker world needs. Easy to follow instructions, with pictures. Product fit exactly as shown and explained in instructions. The kit I purchased repaired a pair of JL Audio 12” W6V2 subwoofers. They are equally as loud as when they were new. I will definitely use this kit and/or others if I have speakers needing repair. Thank you for providing easy DIY solutions.
