Review for IMSurQltyPrise 'top hat' speaker pole mounts:First thing: Kudos to IMSurQltyPrise for giving full drawings and all applicable dimensions for these speaker pole mount in their product listing! As far as I've been able to measure, they're accurate. If you're replacing existing adapters, be sure to measure to see if these will be a drop-in fit: they are, on a couple of speakers I've checked here that were designed for the global marketplace-- these are built using common metric measurements. The dimensions are not drop-in compatible for some older EAW cabinets I have, which use SAE standards for the mounting dimensions. In either case, they are still sized for the most common speaker pole diameter: 1 3/8". These are reasonably heavy steel mounts. The weld joints are continuous, and seem of good quality. They pair perfectly with 1 3/8" speaker poles (the most common size): snug enough to not wobble around, with just enough clearance to not bind up. The finish is good, as is the tapering of the screw holes. Please note that IMSurQltyPrise offers at least 2 variants of this mount, with different internal pole depth. Pay attention to the clearance you have inside your cabinet, and pick appropriately. This listing is the more shallow of the 2, so I picked this one for a top box. If you're looking to mount sockets in a subwoofer cabinet, you might want to consider the deeper one, just to be more secure in holding the pole.

These are a good quality speaker cup that I willBe using on speakers that weigh roughly 45 pounds each. After installing these, I put them on a stand and they are really solid. Of course, the stand isn’t all that sturdy, but these introduce no additional instability.I love that they are steel, as I am using them to replace plastic ones that have failed. I believe these are much higher quality than the plastic ones they are replacing.
