Just installed this part on my 2008 Dodge Ram 5.7, it was the perfect fit, it came with all the o-rings and the bolts, the mechanic in the shop was able to vacuum the system and fill it up with oil and Freon, he said no leaks, he put also a tracer agent so I'll update the review if I find any leaks in the future. Can't say how effective is the a/c now because it's minus 9 Celsius outside and my fingers are frozen, it's December in Canada but for the fit and the feedback from the mechanic I'm giving five stars to this part

Wish I had read more of the reviews before purchasing. This unit DID NOT FIT in my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500. And, I also wish I had started my repair job earlier, as I ran out of the return window on this product. Again, a comment made by a previous purchaser. Thankfully my local OReilys had an aftermarket one (Murray pn: 30-3194, UPC 19596 03041) that took just a little modification to the bracket on the firewall to mount correctly.

This part is steel where the original was aluminum. The fit was fine and it pumped down quickly and has worked fine.
