Works well in my wife's Taurus 692. Her first use of a speed loader. Shipment via USPS, took 8 days. Am buying another, great product.

I got these for my 7-shot revolver. They seem to work well enough, but the retaining springs aren't secure enough for me.They don't seem to carry in the pocket very well. Also, the release isn't as clean as with some other types of loaders.Mine are taking up space in the top of my chest of drawers.

I'm relatively new to revolvers (without a loading gate ;-) and this one was recommended by a friend, and it is indeed very easy to use compared to the ones that have a knob you have to twist.I don't know that I would use it for carrying but for use at a bench it is great.

I bought one of these for my S&W 686+ and instantly fell in love with the mechanics of it! It’s very simple and works every single time! These have replaced all of my H.K.S loaders.

I just keep being lured back to vestiges in steel and wood, those magnificent old revolvers. Of course the only draw back over these decades has been becoming proficient at reloads, with the reloading products themselves causing their fair share of the frustration. Well say "good bye" to that foolishness! NOW. Speed Beez has upped the ante several decades with this new design. I'm as fast with these seven shot .357 mag loaders as I am dropping and replacing a fresh mag on my Glock 19. I look very forward to purchasing more of These excellent products from a company that finally sent some three-day-old coffee down to the R&D department! LOL! Great product, fellas.

I am very sad. 😟I was looking for a high grade replacement for my HKS's and Safariland comp 3's. So I figured at the exorbitant price the speedbeez surely were the answer. Unfortunately there is a significant design flaw. If you look at how much of the cartridge is covered when seated into the device you will notice that in the speedbeez the cartridge barely seats into the device while the other brands allows the cartridge greater depth. The significance of this is that there is nothing to keep the rounds from splaying every which direction so as to keep them from easily lining up with the cylinder chambers. Consequently, there is NO speed in reloading. I tried to shoot 1 ICORE match with these and was cursing them before the 4th stage. Even the HKS's were faster than these simply because they actually fed properly. Speedbeez has broke my heart because they were so very expensive AND they look soooooo SEXY, but yet they have fallen short of being useful. Do not get these to shoot any kind of match or to rely on for your safety.

Wow. From the other reviews, you can see that a lot of the decision between the HKS and the Speed Beez can come down to your personal style and use and any modifications to your grip you might have made. I'm using it for the S&W 686+.I prefer this to the HKS, because I really like the push-click/positive-action feel of the Speed Beez. You can load almost to horizontal with the SB, so you don't need the cylinders straight down, because you're pushing and holding the rounds in with the loader and the click tells you you're done. For the HKS, I find I always have to hold the gun cylinders straight down, line up the rounds (they're toed-in and don't line up -- for me, at least -- as well as the Speed Beez does, in my experience), twist, and let the rounds drop into place, via gravity. They don't necessarily do that together, so it's a little loosey goosey for me. I like the positive feel of push-click.Cons: Yes, it's bigger and, since the thin spring is holding the rounds in, if you drop it, they can fall out. I recommend not dropping it. The HKS speed loaders are smaller and I do like their 2-loader holster. Also, the Speed Beez is 3 times the price of the HKS's, so I bought a set of those HKS's, mostly for the range use.So, for me, a better, more positive action/feel with the Speed Beez, but, yeah, bigger and, maybe a little less secure if you drop it.

I own a Taurus Tracker Model 627 in .357 Magnum and I ordered this product even though the seller had already answered a question here saying that this product won't work with my gun. The fact is, it does work with the Taurus Tracker Model 627. But, there is a small catch, literally. The Speed Beez loader rubs against the stock grips when loading. It loads .38 Specials pretty quickly if you start out at an angle, but with .357 and its longer case, it requires more finesse to get everything lined up right since it rubs up against the grips even more. I wouldn't rely on this item to quickly load .357 during an emergency situation, but with practice I think it would become a lot easier, and .38 wadcutters might load very fast being even shorter than a .38 Special with a round nose or hollow point bullet. If you swapped out your grips on this same gun it might not work at all. I will be ordering the Speed Beez loading tray and a few more of these Speed Beez loaders for range use. I will try to attach a photo showing this item in use loading .38 Specials into my gun.
