Useless there are way to small 5 round speed loader for a .38 spl. The pocket is to shallow can even get the strap to come anywhere near connecting.

These are good, but as a left hand/left eye shooter, I can't use then. X-mas gift for my son now.

When I received the pouch I said, "is this going to fit my HKS 10-A and HKS 586-A?" as the pouches looked small, BUT they fit perfectly!! The speed-loaders seat all the way down in the pouch and the Velcro retaining strap easily fits snuggly over the speed-loaders. The Velcro is very strong for a secure hold. The pouch fit on my belt just fine and despite the weight of three filled speed-loaders, during brisk walking and running, the loaders did not fall out. They were also easy to remove within seconds and handy on the belt. So, the good is that the pouch works flawlessly for holding HKS 10-A and HKS 586-A speed-loaders. The bad is the price. While priced better then anybody else's speed-loader pouches, it is still over priced. It probably costs $0.10-$0.25 to make BUT it has a price tag of $16. Think about that. It should be priced at about $5 or $6, as it is only a nylon pouch with a sleeve for your belt and Velcro. I've bought solar powered water pumps and electronic water picks with computer chip technology for $10-$16, and yet here is this 3"x 6" nylon and Velcro pouch costing $16 and it is still cheaper than the competition selling speed-loader pouches. There is a million dollar opportunity for someone to invent a speed-loader pouch and sell it for $9.99. Otherwise, it is a very good speed-loader pouch especially for HKS 10-A and HKS 586-A which is designed for the S&W models 10,12,13,14,15,19,64,65,66,67,586,686,581,681, Ruger GP 100, Dan Wesson, Charter Arms, Taurus 65,66,80,82, and Rossi 971, 951, and 851----all for 38 and 357 caliber bullets. A++

I don't have a speed loader. I have extra cylinders. It works really well for holstering extra cylinders whether it be 22 mag or 22 LR. My six shooter changes cylinders to change ammo. But it works really great for holding the cylinders loaded with whatever they call for

In case anyone is wondering (like I was), yes Ruger BX-1 box magazines fit great and this case also slips right over a standard sling as well. I am very happy with this product.
