I had to purchase this item separately then with the kit that the "Jet Black" kit because I ran out of the one that came with the kit (I was reading the measuring cup wrong and used to much of the product). But, this product does harden the paint very well and even though I mixed it too high of a ratio it didn't effect the out come of the paint. Also, it wasn't expensive at all.
