I spoke with National Drivetrain customer support and was told that I would have to deal with Amazon. Sending the kit back and hoping for better luck next time was too risky and would extend my vehicle down time. The critical need to get my vehicle back on the road forced me to replace the damaged part and replace the missing part from a non-Amazon vendor.
