I love these blocks for my indoor season to help my athletes start to learn about blocks before we head outdoors for the spring season. They were bigger than I thought from picture but I like that they are because I feel they are perfect size. It was a great buy for indoor work especially when indoor work is what our area gets a lot of time due to weather.

I had thought these blocks would hold more firmly on the school gym floors. They just slide and we have to use someone else behind them to stand on the blocks to keep them from moving backwards. They don't hold well on their own like I thought they would. They do the job once someone stands on them from behind for the runners to push off during the starting block drills. They are smaller than what I expected too. Not the best product however, they are better than none during inclement weather when we have to run inside the school.

Not as "grippy" as I thought they would be on a gymnasium floor -- but for those days when it's raining outside and I still want my track team to put in a practice, it fits the bill.
