You've probably seen ads for these head mounted exercise balls, and like me, have probably thought to yourself "that looks easy, why is everyone having trouble"IT IS NOT EASY. This is coming from someone who has finely honed hand-eye coordination and reflexes from years of playing video games. It's difficult, and a workout. But fun and a good way to keep yourself or kids entertained and not in front of a screen.

I like the idea of creating a boxing ball for regular use, although I feel it is not that easy to get started. First of all, I need to adjust the length of this cable before I use it, so the ball can move in the right range, and that takes a lot of time to do so. I'll keep using it for a longer time to see if I can have fun with it.
