Didn't fit a 96 polaris 500 sportsman. The donut gasket was too big even tho the photos of it had the right part number. So I cut that in half and cut the extra off till it fit perfect. Wasn't sure if it was going to seal but i got it too seal. Then the gasket to the head the hole looks to be the right size it was just the holes for the bolts didn't line up. So I filed it till the holes did. For how much I paid for 🤷 it will do. Springs seemed fine

Should have read the reviews first -- too cheap to be true. The gasket is too small for part #3085075, and the exhaust donut is too small for part #5243518. Already had to pay double to get the correct ones elsewhere. I would be more upset but at least I got the springs for what amounts to normal price.

Flat gasket bolt holes did not line up ,quarter of an inch off on both sides .The main donut gasket did not fit at all and this was for my2002 Polaris sportsman 500 HO

Everything in the kit is good, except the main exhaust gasket holes are not the right size. Had to make the holes a bit wider before install. 10 min I hadn’t planned on.
