This worked as good as the round version. I even used a sharp knife to cut my cake on the surface and it didn't scratch. However, I was probably lucky. I would not suggest that. The only concern is finding a square cake plate after you've baked with this. My cake turned out great!

This is a really nice high-quality very well-made square spring foam pan. It works perfectly opens and closes as exact as it should and it definitely bakes really well. The product does not stick and you have no issue taking it out of the pan over all this is a great one that works good High-quality cooks Good I definitely recommend it.

Appears to be made well but doesn't seal tight at the corners. I'm not sure if contents will leak out before baking. You'd definitely need to seal it outside if you want to use a water bath.

Great pan easy to use and made of quality material very easy for cleanup if you are a baker you would want one of these pans highly recommend

I was super excited about this square spring form pan because all of cheesecakes are round. I thought it would be real cool to have a square shaped cheesecake. My excitement dwindled pretty fast upon unboxing. The first thing I noticed is how thin and lightweight the pan is, which made me question the quality and durability. But it looks very nice. The next thing I did was detached the pan from the base. I wanted to see exactly this worked. Detaching was fine, no problems. Reattached was a whole ordeal. It took forever to get it to fit properly. I got so frustrated that I almost threw it in garbage but once Ai calmed down and realized that if was fitted when I opened it, it had to go back on. The problem is that it feels like it not proper put together. It seems almost a tad too small like an irregular fit. Eventually I did get it on and was able to clasp it together but it doesn't appear to have a tight seal. I'm afraid batter will slide until the pan onto the tray. With the ingredients for cheesecakes being expensive, I'm afraid of messing up the cake trying to cook in this pan. All I think about is my time and money going down the drain. I do not think I would buy this again.

I love making cold cakes, but conventional containers always felt impractical. I decided to try this mold, and I’m really satisfied.
