Drive Adapter
The universal oil filter wrench set comes with a drive adapter and can be used with 1/2" or 3/8" square drive ratchet or wrenches, making it pretty convenient to remove stuck oil filters.
2 Way Design
This oil filter tool is in a 2-way design and can be Clockwise or Anti-clockwise operation. It's a two-way tool specifically made to help you remove the stuck filters, whose size is from 2-1/2 inch to 4-9/16 inch (64-116mm).
3 Jaw Design
Spurtar 3-Jaw puller is designed for professional dual-purpose use. Additional gear on the plate provides firmly capture of seized stuck oil filter.

I have used it yet but looks heavy duty. Will use this as my oil filter is sized and using socket ratchet for tight places

This tool was perfect. I have a Corolla 2010 where the oil filter was too far out that the cap couldn’t go on because Toyota built the car oil pan too close to oil filter. This tool slipped on and with a breaker my oil filter came right off. Won’t be needing this again though because now I know to tighten the oil filter on just a little more so the cap will fit on.

Goes over the filter and grabs it well. If you’re working with a 3/8 drive ratchet already on hand, this makes sense. If you can get at the front of the filter ok.Does well.

This should last a lifetime of oil changes. The other types are usually limited to a size or 2. The oil filter should be installed hand-tight, but the tool rotates in both directions. It works great on my small filter that's on my mower.

I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of this oil filter wrench as well as the nice looking silver finish. I used it today to remove an oil filter and it works great. Bonus for me is that it works on both of my vehicles. Excellent product.

I used it on my 2006 Toyota Matrix - the filter is about 2.75in diameter and unscrews from the bottom of the car.Using this, I didn't even have to jack up the car! It was such a pain to unscrew the over-torqued filter Valvoline had installed - I tried so many different kinds of filter wrenches and this was the only one that did the trick!It's very well designed and so worth the price. I also love that it's designed for the size of ratchet wrench that comes in a basic toolbox, as well as an adapter for larger wrenches.Don't get me wrong, it was a tough job, but nothing else worked until I tried this one.Forget the rest - try this one first!

The tool did not make it easy to undo the oil filter. My filter is very small so every time I would attempt to loosen it, the claws would loosen as well. It was difficult to manage because the claws do not stay tight or there is no function to set it on a particular size. I think I’ll stick with the oil filter wrench.
