I had seen several people using spurtles online and decided to try one out. It is my favorite tool to mix up my starter. The long, narrow utensil easily reaches the bottom of my jar with no problem and mixes it up like a pro. It is sturdy and easy to clean. I would say get multiple!

Absolutely 💯 love this! Use it for stirring sourdough, scraping the inside of a jar, easy to clean and very sturdy.

Only gave 4 stars because after the first use a piece of the wood splintered and I had to cut it off. I have used it almost daily since then with no other issues but I’m slightly concerned more pieces will splinter. Other than the 1 splinter it is a great product and I’d buy again!
