This is a very well functioning GPS tracker. I understood it would be installed to the battery posts and would not require repeated charging. This is ideal for use in many applications, but not all. I would have preferred to have longer cables to allow more options in placement within the engine compartment. Placement away from heat sources and concealment are both issues of concern. The app is adequate. It arrives with a three month trial subscription which is nice. I have numerous trackers and elected to use this one on a family member's vehicle.

It's works as it should. Although the app is a bit finicky. You have to wait a few seconds for every setting to update. Some settings can only be done by going to the website. It is easy to install just slip the positive and negative terminals in between the screws of your battery ports. It comes with double sided sticky pads to stick it to the inside of the engine bay somewhere but since my vehicle didn't have anywhere to put it i just slid it back behind my battery. It had a red blinking led light on it when it has power. GPS location is also very accurate within 10 feet. My only complaint is I wish you had full settings through the app. And I you can't set a "geofence" or "boundary" to notify you if if leaves that area for if it got stolen.

The GPS tracker is easy to install with its adhesive and simple wiring; installed onto rental vehicle for tracking. The app is a standout feature, showing voltage, speed, and other useful data, making it practical for monitoring. Though I wish it was smaller, the strong adhesive compensates, and the free 3-month plan is a nice bonus. Plans are affordable, too. Overall, I’m very happy with the product.

As stated above it's just too blatantly obviously sticking out like a sore thumb on the vehicle all they'd have to do is pop the hood and it'd be sitting right there in their face that hey there's a GPS tracker on this car you might want to disconnect these wires or they're going to find this car or they're about to find you with this car it has no kill switch either which I would like and for the price man you would think this thing could come with longer wires and wouldn't have to be mounted right on top of the battery not to mention there is no electronic device out there in this world that wants to be on top of a battery for a very long period of time with fumes and the battery venting right there underneath of it it just won't allow any kind of electronic device to last for a long period of time I don't see this lasting very long mounted to the top of the battery we shall see though again I'm going to elongate the wires or hook it up to another source of power somewhere else in the vehicle and hopefully be able to get the same quality GPS signal I do like the fact that it comes with 3 months free subscription but there's so many negatives so far in my mind that I'll be trying to purchase another item or another GPS probably here in the near future I'm sorry to say
