As others have mentioned, the smell of this product is absolutely awful. Absolutely overpowering right out of the packaging. I have them airing out outdoors right now before I start using them.They seem very sturdy and functional. I just hope the smell will dissipate, because seriously, it makes me retch.

I had just purchased a walking pad, although I initially wanted and in line walking pad I had ordered the regular walking pad. Instead of returning the walking pad I started looking for blocks. Instantly saw these and they worked great! They’re definitely really sturdy, easy to use, kept my walking pad in place during the walk. The incline is perfect! Just enough to get a solid incline walk in. They’re easily moveable and light weight.

Ok yes I did buy them with the intention of elevating my squats.However I ended up using them in our weight room for all sorts of off label purposes. Mainly I use one to tilt my iPhone at a better angle on the info panel of my elliptical. It holds the phone (sometimes iPad mini) off of the panel (putting no pressure on the screen because it sits on the edge of the panel frame).I also wedge one between the rollers on my bench to— yeah, you guessed it: hold my phone.I used two wedges to hold a fan tipped backward in an open window to get fresh air, and it was HEAVEN.As for squats, the wedges make the squats feel more effective. But there are a million ways to use these wedges. I love them!

I'm all too familiar with the smell of these wedges, they stink and even though its unpleasant, it tells you a good thing about them because they are made of the same rubber material as tires, which means they will last a long time and shouldn't slip or break apart. It's better quality than the other sellers advertising foam made wedges, or just cheap plastic and rubber. Like all car and bike tires, the smell will go away on its own in time, maybe leave them outside for a day or spray some odour remover on them if you like. The moment I opened the package and recognized the scent, I knew it was a good purchase.

It smells bad like chemical farts, but they are effective and dense.That said, it's 6 stackable wedges. They are nice and dense and work well for weighted squats, calf raises, etc. There is good grip and wedges are usable and stackable.

Made of heavy duty rubber. Feel solid. Very functional to improve squat depth and quad stretch (improving growth). Most people don’t have enough ankle mobility to comfortably squat low. Stackable and designed to grip.
