These wedges are the perfect size and shape for making squats harder or easier. They’re very easy to use and fit my size 10 US feet really easily. The foam is extremely dense and can withstand tons of weight without compressing. They’re high quality and affordable, very happy with them! I’ve been using them to strengthen my legs and feet to help with my plantar fasciitis.

I am not using this in the conventional sense for what the description shows. I work a desk job and have been trying to find new ways to be more active throughout my day and incorporate workouts at my desk. I picked these up so i could do calf-raises. It might sound silly, but a girl who loves high heels needs to maintain those calves! :) these work phenomenally for that. I’m increasing the amount I do every single day and these are a huge help. It’s much easier to do calf-raises on a raised edge instead of just a flat surface.

WINDFOOT Squat Wedge Block for Heel Elevated Squat, Weightlifting Incline Slant Board Wedge for Squat Exercise Improve Mobility, Balance and Strength Performance...What I like:The wedge blocks provide the perfect angle for my half-squats. I still don't have quite enough flexibility in my one knee for full squats, especially not full squats with my feet on an incline, as it would agitate my old injury, and would likely put me out of commission. The wedges stay in place quite well, buy only when placed on my exercise mat. Just out of curiosity, I tried them on my hardwood floor and they did slide a bit, which is no big deal for me, as I have plenty of room on the mat for most of my exercises. The wedges provide good stability for my feet and I haven't had any issue with them becoming unstable. What I don't like:There's nothing I don't like about the product.I would order this item again.

Sooo...I'd been putting my heels on dumbbells for heel-lifted squats, and I was ready for another solution. These looked like a more compact, storage-friendly alternative to the one-piece larger wedges out there. However, for my purposes, I maybe should have gone with the one-piece version. There's nothing wrong with the construction, per se, though it's important to know that these are essentially just two pieces of very lightweight foam with a ribbed pattern on the bottom. (The ribbing doesn't really provide much traction.)For me, they're so lightweight that I find myself spending way too much time setting them up for squats, only to have them shift around the second I try to put my feet on them. When I finish a set and step away to do another lift, these wedges inevitably move on my gym floor and I end up having to reset them again.I can see them being useful for some scenarios, but for me, they don't fully serve the purpose they're advertised for and I really needed something more heavy duty.

I ordered these after reading how they help with your form with squats, helps with mobility, and also helps with calf raises and stretches. I tried these out yesterday, and could see how they help with form for squats, for sure. I tried them out for the calf raises as well, and can see how they help there too.I haven't used these before, so don't have a point of reference as far as how heavy or light these are supposed to be, etc. This is something inexpensive and simple that doesn't take up much space, that you can add to your home gym.**I ordered this product as part of Amazon's Vine program, in exchange for an honest review. These blocks work well enough. They're super lightweight, which is nice, but I also wonder about how well they'll last due to the material construction. It seems like a hard foam-like material that's used, so I feel like over time it could start deteriorating. Maybe I'm wrong, and in that case this is a 5-star review. In any case, I got the exact desired result I was looking for with these, focused the quads just like you would want. I got one of the best quad-centric workouts maybe ever. Before I got these I would use towels or some sort of thing to get the heels elevated, but that never worked 100%. So I'm very happy with the performance of these blocks. If the construction material was more dense I would feel better about their longevity, but I could be worrying about nothing. Anyway, good stuff!

I just got back from leg day and from trying these out. I can't imagine using these on a squat rack with substantial weight, so I tried them out on a smith machine. It might be my gym floor (not sure the material, but a rubber, high-traffic like material. But these felt really slick on top of the floor. To the point that when I was doing squats on the machine, I was concerned about them sliding out from underneath me. Perhaps if they were rubberized on one side, it would work, but I can't risk injury for a bit more quad engagement. I might try to scuff them up on the concrete to see if that solves the issue as they are brand new (like shoes). That said, the foam is really solid and stands up to the weight - so if you have a proper surface that won't be a slip risk for the material, these would work great.
