These squat wedges are a game changer for leg workouts! They provide great stability and help with ankle mobility, making squats feel more controlled and deep. The material feels solid and doesn’t slip, even on harder surfaces. They’re lightweight and easy to take to the gym. I’ve noticed less strain on my knees and better quad engagement.

I've gained some weight this year and looking to get back into a fitness routine. I've done this enough times to know that i need to be reasonable about my approach, and have thus decided to use my home gym equipment before burning myself out at the gym I've had a membership to for the past 2.5 years. For the last 6 months, I have paid for but not used the facility, and have struggled with my weight over the last year or so, putting on quite a bit of unwanted extra pounds. My heavier size makes exercising more difficult, and its a real mind flop realizing that my current body cant perform the way my previously, more fit one, could. Therefore, I'm looking for ways to adapt to my new body and still get an effective workout, doing as many of the same exercises that helped me get fit before. For leg exercises, squats are just one of the best full body movements that you can perform, and the extra weight in my legs makes them difficult to do accurately, safely and effectively. I knew from my time in the gym that a wedge could be beneficial and thus jumped on the opportunity to review one for the vine program.This wedge arrived super quickly and I was able to test it within a day. The wedge comes in two pieces, that you can position as needed. I like this because I'm able to use one at a time if I want to do like lunge squats. I did a few reps of regular body squats using the wedges, and they definitely help with getting my body in the correct form, targeting my thigh muscles without putting as much stress of my knees. This adaptation means (for me) that I'm more likely to stick with it. I appreciate the sturdy nature of the blocks, and the nonslip textured pattern on the surface. They are solid and durable, but lightweight, and come with a carrying case as well. At a price tag of $26 currently, I would absolutely recommend these for anyone looking to enhance their training at home. I'm using them to help adapt to my weight gain and less mobility, but they have a number of implications, some of which are mentioned in the description. They are a great, affordable pieces of equipment that can enhance your performance and results, and be easily added to fitness routine. If you're considering these fitness wedge blocks, grab them!
