This is a cute olive spoon. Shipping was fast, everything was good except I found out later that I paid almost the same shipping fee as the product.$5 for the spoon and $5 for shipping... something like that. Even tough I like the spoon I don't know if I'd still buy it for almost $10

My husband discoverd the one I've had in the drawer for over 15 years and all of a sudden it became his new best tool in the kitchen. He was always fighting with forks trying to get olives, peppers, etc out of jars. Even though I told him this was in the drawer, he didn't believe me until he found it for himself. Had to buy a second one as the first one was always in the dishwasher waiting for the next run. I may even need a third one as he has started using them daily!

The quality of the spoon is great. Its a decent weight and has gone through the dishwasher maybe a dozen times and still looks brand new. My only complaint is I wish the actual spoon part was slightly larger. Even with smaller olives you will only get one out of the jar at a time and spoon may be too small for larger olives unless you get lucky and get the large olives by the end.It does work great getting capers out of the bottom of a jar.

A friend who comes over and drinks my booze decided I needed one of these things. After using it a few times, I agreed and bought a few more. Makes fetching olives out of the jar a simple instead of frustrating process. Also works well with Maraschino cherries, pearl onions, and similar condiments. They lost a star, because the metal is thin and a bit too bendable.

Very nice,handy little kitchen gadget. The spoon has a good weight to it and is of good quality, especially for the price.
