Your cart is empty.STA- BIL Fogging Oil is an aerosol propelled oil treatment to protect internal engine components during storage. This fogging oil can be sprayed to coat internal engine components and prevent corrosion. Formulated to displace moisture from metal to protect engine, this product also lubricates the cylinder's walls, pistons and rings to prevent damage (scuffing) during start-up after prolonged engine storage. It is used in all two and four cycle gasoline engines. The STA-BIL Fogging Oil comes in a convenient 12 ounce aerosol can with Flip up sprayer to direct oil in tight passages or through spark plug holes in head and cylinder. Best practice is to spray in the combustion chamber before storage. While an engine is idle and not running for some time the oil sits in the oil pan no longer lubricating and coating the internal parts of the engine. STA-BIL fogging oil clings to the insides of the combustion chamber keeping it corrosion free and ready for start up. STA-BIL is proudly made in the USA.

This stuff works wonders for long-term storage of power equipment. I use it on our generators at the end of hurricane season. Simply pull the sparkplug, give it a blast, rotate the motor a couple of times, and done. Shoot a quick squirt down the carb throat for extra protection. Drain the gas, drain the carb, reinstall the sparkplug, and winterization is complete. In the Spring, it’ll start right up. Perhaps a few moments of light smoke the first time, but after that its all good.

Great product ! I used it to fog the cylinders of my Fiat Palio before I started my car after it had been sitting for one & a half year. I did it with confidence knowing I would not damage the cylinder or pistons which could have had an otherwise expensive repair.
