I learned about these when I was doing mechanical drawing in college in the 1970's and they were, and still ARE the absolute best eraser in the world.

Good for erasing pencil but does not erase plastic. I was outside for 6 long hours trying to erase the old plastic toys my kids threw in the yard. Nothing. I don't have time for this. I could have spent that time writing more helpful reviews like this one. Smash that like button if you agree.

I use the Staedtler pencil sharpener for my Prismacolor pencils & it works very well. Cris Cheng recommended this in her YouTube video. It does a good job erasing color pencil

Just what I was looking for! I read an artist's review on Wet Canvas because I was trying to find a kneaded eraser that wasn't smelly and sticky. He said that he has several of the Mars plastic erasers and uses them exclusively. Wow! Thank goodness I found these! They even work better than the original kneaded erasers (which I finally located). Although the original kneaded eraser does the job, the Mars plastic eraser does it better and removes ALL traces of pencil...every speck. The black version also removes colored pencil. I LOVE this eraser!

this very special eraser has been amazing right from day 1. It took a few days to arrive but when it did... man did the magic start. I was erasing like a mad man! The erasing power of this thing really inspired me to take a closer look at my life and the decisions I had made. I started buying recycled paper and only using mechanical pencils. I even decided to re-write my will with pencil and started making revisions on the daily. I hope this little guy lasts forever as I intend to will it to my first born

Used Staedtler erasers for years, doesn't leave the page rougher than Steptoe's chin. Smooth rubbing motion on paper is very soothing, almost meditative. High recommendation.

I bought a bunch of erasers to see which ones I liked the best. This one came in thrid place for me. My testing was for normal graphite writing; I didnt test this for use on artwork. My number one choice is the SumoGrip.

I LOVE THIS ERASER! If you are looking for an eraser that actually erases pencil marks, this is it. Unless you pressed on the paper hard enough to make an indent when you were writing, you could use this eraser and it would be like a brand new piece of paper. I use this in my bullet journal, where I sketch out my layouts first and then trace over them in pens, and erase the sketch lines when I've finished. I have not had any issues with smeared pen ink or anything. The only problem I had was when I used highlighters to add some color. I would recommend erasing your pencil marks before adding the highlighter. I think that is more an issue with the highlighter ink than this eraser though. Overall, this is a really great option for any kind of art/sketching/etc.

Pas de soucis sur le produit, la réputation des gommes STAEDTLER n'est plus a faire.Toutefois l'annonce est une arnaque, vous ne recevrez qu'une seule gomme et non 20 !
