These are the best ones I have ever used. I made honey baked chicken wings and they came out great and clean up was easy. I will buy again and I highly recommend.

Update:The vendor was very responsive and easy to work with. Truly the best experience I've had with any company. It also seems as though the one tray that was a touch too wide for my (not normal) use purpose was the exception and not the rule (another two pack proved to be good).A heads up to those who own Anova Precision Ovens who have a "more recent" version (mine was purchased August 2024): these do indeed operate very nicely for air frying and dehydrating racks for the oven, but do note the top bars will scrape a bit as they pass through the dips on the side rails. I personally don't see it to be an issue. My original review, before talking with the vendor:These came highly recommended and thus we were really looking forward to trying them. One of the two pack worked fine. The other grid was wider than specification and due to that would not fit the space it needed to.I suppose we will have return the two pack, but it sure would've been nice to have an option to deal with the out of spec grid. Incredibly frustrating. If it is helpful, the item we were trying to use these with was the Anova Prescription Oven, which has a width clearance of 16.9 inches.

This is just what I wanted. Sturdy, high quality stainless steel cooking racks. They fit my pans perfectly. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This rack is fantastic. The weight and manufacture quality is top notch. I'm buying another one since the original racks that came with my cookware are rubbish and started to rust and stain.

It's an age old idiom that has valid application with this purchase. It took both time and consideration before I pulled the trigger and bought these. I went back and forth a lot over the cost. Even after I bought them, I had serious buyer's remorse. Was I a complete idiot for paying THAT much for simple cooling/baking racks? Double, maybe triple, depending on which one I was comparing these pricey racks to?!? They aren't even sold as a set...and I just purchased TWO of them! After using them for over a year, I have found that I rely on them all the time. Definitely more than I ever thought I would. I initally bought them to cook bacon in the oven. Speaking of which, if you still cook bacon in a frying pan - STOP!!! These racks are PERFECT for this. They hold up to the heat and the oil...heavy duty! The results are as crispy as you want and pretty tasty. Coated mini tongs make flipping/turning things over very easy. These racks don't warp. I wash these in my dishwasher (pans and knives by hand for me) and they clean up with no residue still stuck on afterwards. The grid design supports whatever you are cooking or cooling. It makes me wonder why all these types of racks aren't made with the grid design. The raised height aids crispness with breaded items and keeps food from sitting in their own oil/fat. It is the right size to fit in a half-sheet pan. You can use these racks for just about anything. A real multi-use tool. Not coated for non-stick? So far, not a problem for me. Do they stick? Yes...a LITTLE. A non-stick spray may be very useful (I avoid these) or perhaps a little butter or parchment would be helpful. The things I tend to cook with these racks are not typically low fat so they usually keep themselves from sticking much. I have not had any problems with things sticking to these racks. Finesse hasn't been required for anything that delicate yet. For me, a non-stick coating wasn't an option. I'm not confident that the integrity of a non-stick coating holds up over time after repeatedly cleaned in a dishwasher and I certainly am not going to rely on handwashing to get a baking rack clean. I have more enjoyable things to do with my time! Plus, those non-stick coatings always seem to have chemical health concerns somewhere down the line.Stainless steel was a must. It really works if you want to avoid rust. The finish hasn't chipped or peeled off. These racks are not thin or lightweight, but I don't cook in a commercial kitchen. I still feel they are sturdy and well made.I think these baking/cooling racks are perfect except for the price. It keeps me from buying more racks so I can platoon bake for large quantities. Yes...the cost still gets me. That is the *only* reason for not rating this product all five stars. If I had opted for the cheaper option, I probably would've gone through multiple racks, been frustrated/disappointed with baking results, cursed at the difficult cleaning, and scolded poor quality. I may have bought these racks to cook bacon, but I now use them for just about everything that I put in the oven. I got what I paid for - quality, functionality, ease, reliabilty, and tasty results. The Silpat was my #1 tool for baking for a long time. These racks have replaced it and are now, my new #1.

Seems like such a basic product, so what's to review? Well, the construction is definitely very nice. Solid stainless means no worries on rust. It is a very nice size for a diverse number of uses.I certainly bought this to cool baked goods, but I also had meat in mind. I haven't tried this rack for it yet, but one of the reasons I bought it was to "bake" a thin disk of Italian sausage for use as a topping on a "Lou Malnati's" style deep dish (Chicago) pizza. Based on prior experience with lesser racks I am certain this will get the result I want. What else?Well, my first use was also for meat. I am currently (4/16) using it to dry age a beef strip loin in a spare refrigerator. It is holding up nicely to a 12.5lb (and shrinking) "primal cut". The rack provides ample air flow through the grid and the stainless surface is antimicrobial. Didn't have this in mind as a potential use when I first bought it, but it is working great. The rack seems sort of pricey for what it is - until you realize it will last a long, long time and be useful for a variety of things. I see a second one of these in my not too distant future.

Great product, I am glad I got this one. I like to cook with varying techniques and only this rack can withstand high heats. Don't be fooled by other racks, they usually only go to 450F and once they chip food sticks and its horrible to clean. This one is 100 percent stainless steel, not chrome, not coating, pure metal, and can easily withstand the 500F of the broiler. The grates are close to each other so food doesn't fall through easily which was a problem on other racks I used. Plus it fits great in the pan, no more racks sliding around and dropping food. the times I used it, it was easy to clean, I just soak it a little and light scrub and done, still looks new. Again Great Product!
