My horse chewed this up pretty good getting used to it lol cause mom usually uses light bits and this one is thicker and heavier than what she’s used to. We took it out for a spin though and I’m loving it. We had an awesome ride with a noticeable difference. She is a gaited Fox trotter for reference with a 5” bit and I am so excited about the progress we’re sure to make with this bit in the picture.

Perfect fit. My large pony was fussing and tossing his head in his previous bit. I changed to this bit, it fit perfectly and he carried it quietly.

Love this bit. Fits our 13.1 Appy/POA perfectly, on his Cob-sized bridle. He willingly accepted it, it fits nicely, not harsh, but definitely avoids pulling through the sides if he should put up a fuss (not like an O-ring). So far training is going well, and the pony doesn't chomp or chew or appear uncomfortable, sits exactly where it should and not too thick but not too harsh either. Good training bit. Very pleased, and will buy again in a 5" when I'm starting my QH filly next year. Of course, stellar service from Amazon Prime, prompt delivery... I hate having to wait for things when I find what I want!
