This spaetzle maker outperforms expectations. It makes perfect spaetzle noodles with minimal effort and cleanup is easy too since it can just be thrown in the dishwasher. Great purchase and well worth the money for anyone who makes spaetzle on a regular basis.

This Spaetzle Maker is really great for the price point. I purchased it for my brother and wife for Christmas (I know, I know) and used it right away. The glider was nice and smooth, and it was super easy to clean after since its pretty much all stainless steel. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves to make this dish!

The stainless steel needs some kind of silicone on the edge for ease of use. The material gets hot on the edge.

Received the spaetzle maker yesterday and used it to make spaetzle from scratch. My first time ever making it. It worked absolutely great and the 3 and 4 year old grandsons had three servings each. 2 cups flour, 4 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup water. Tablespoon salt in boiling water. Very easy to use.
