Ok... this thing is handy! Fancy a chalupa at home? Grab some pita bread, heat up some oil, and then use this taco shell maker to fry it into shape. My next plans are to use some puff pastry and see about making some beef wellington tacos. Obviously not made for bulk work but if you're just doing a few, this works great. Nice long handle that gets your hands out of the way of any hot oil. This will definitely give you some options for creative cooking and it's well built so should last a long time.
