I bought this vertical climber specifically for my uncle’s post-stroke rehabilitation. His left side is weaker, and he struggles to exert force. What’s great about this machine is that when his right foot pushes down, his left foot has to actively follow, preventing him from relying solely on his stronger side. It encourages balanced movement, which is crucial for recovery. Additionally, the foldable design saves so much space when not in use.

This home excise stepper is so good for small apartment. Easy to fold and store. Also simple to put together by myself. Good for raising heart rate and burning calories.

I am very happy with this machine. I kind of wish it had some resistance settings but adding ankle weights does a good job too.
