Within the first three months of using the machine, the right petal broke. It’s been six weeks since I reported the issue to the seller and manufacturer, and neither have been helpful or provided even an estimate on when a replacement for the defective part will be provided. The part is covered under warranty. The warranty appears to be fraud/false advertising as I have a clear issue that I’m not able to get help with.
