Product arrived yesterday 12/18/23. Easy to assemble but use your own wrench. Came in good shape only one small area with scratched paint. The acrylic panels were well protected. I am using it for a 7.5 foot fake tree. I had to add a photo trifold to it as well even though the tree is placed in the corner of the room. One note I have several determined cats- to prevent them from scratching the acrylic I had also purchased from Amazon the indoor/outdoor plastic squares -homarden pet training mats that I put around the base. I hung one shiny ornament on the tree and it was undisturbed this morning with no scratch marks on the acrylic. In my book this is a 5 star solution!!!
