I was able to pull a few weeds with this but discovered it is better designed for small (single stem) weeds and soft ground. The blades aren't large enough or long enough to successfully grab larger weeds even after I watered the area to soften the ground. It's not bad, but not as useful as I had hoped.

Video shows its easy, don't be fooled!Worst part is having to put your foot under to work it, and only gets pieces of weeds out, more work then just pulling them by hand

Once you get the hang of it, this works great! Dandelions were taking over my flower bed this year and this tool made is quick and easy to get them all out quicker than crawling around on the ground. Wish I would have bought this sooner. It is a sturdy metal and once out together is solid.

It works as intended. Nice heavy steel claw and handle. A wood screw is included if you prefer to attach your own wood handle. I used the metal one included with it and have no issues. I originally thought it would leave a large hole where you removed a weed but have found that is not the case. After pulling out the weed, just stomp on the hole. Looks like you weren't even there. I'd recommend it if you need one.

I installed the item onto a wooden rod. It works well PULLING the weeds off the ground. However, you really have to work to get the weed off the clamps (dirt gets stuck to the claws). It does help in the sense I do not have to keep bending to the ground, but would have liked an easier time to remove the weed from the claws.

It does not work. I'm sticking Down the root when using the thing. I rather use my hands or a 7 inch handheld to dig into the root.

Wow great quality, heavy duty metal and pulls weeds like nothing! It’s crazy how good this thing works! I purchased 2 of them because I wanted a backup incase someone borrows it and doesn’t return it.
