Replaceable glass tube housed in a protective aluminum frame. Chemical resistant TFE (AFLAS) seal is used on all three gauges between the glass sight tube and the pipe nipple. AFLAS is the trade name for a unique fluoroelastomer based upon an alternating copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and propylene "TFE/P." It has excellent chemical-resistant properties and can withstand high temperatures. Other seal materials are available upon request. Standard Gauge has a 3/4" NPT carbon steel pipe nipple and coupling for temperatures not to exceed 400º F. Great for petroleum products and other non-corrosive liquids.
