Perfect fit for Standard Horizon GX1850. when the pins are fully retracted, you will be able to flush mount up to 3/4" existing screws fit snug with the brackets.

These mounts allow for the flush mounting of the GX1700 VHF radio. Quick and easy to install as long as you have access to the rear of the unit. Will not work in a blind install where there is not access to the radio from the rear or sides.. Hold the radio securely to the dash and makes for a clean install

What more can one say about a couple of screws and some bracketry? Well, let's see... It's all stainless steel hardware, but unlike the picture indicates, the "feet" at the ends of the screws are not brass. They are stainless steel. I guess this was a design change, and I'm glad. As we all know, differing materials will cause the less noble material to corrode in a marine environment. So, I guess the new design is better. Holds the radio just fine.
