Quality part made of brass and tough plastic. Ford engine would die while driving. Losing power brakes and steering at 70 mph is no fun. Wait 20 minutes to an hour stranded on the side of the road and the engine would start back up. Maddening intermittent trouble not solved by "expert" "certified" mechanics despite spending lots of time and money on them. Watched some youtube videos on how to test different sensors and did the work myself. This sensor tested bad so replaced it with a new one from Amazon. Problem solved. The engine no longer dies out leaving me broke down on the highway. "Expert" "certified" mechanics = fail. Self help with youtube videos = win.
