I've got 1 reason and 2 trucks that have this.1: a lowered, converted to AWD '89 Chevy pickup. No need to wire the OE heated element and hope it works imperpetuity.2: a lifted 4x4 mud truck. No need to wire the OE heated element and hope it works imperpetuity.
