I have a 97 Honda Accord and my D4-Drive gear was "blinking" and I had to drive my car like it was a stick shift from D1, to D2 and D3. This Solenoid part cost an average of $219 in Auto Zone and or Advance Auto Parts. I saved $79 and it arrived in 2 business days exactly by ordering it online from Amazon. This parent only cost me $140. Now my gears are working great! Easy to install and it fits great. Thank you.

The part worked just fine, but here are two different part brands from honda. This claims to be compatible for either but the gasket pattern is vastly different form one part to another. This happened to not be the same as what i have. im concerned that because of the much larger "pot area" inside the solenoid, it will take a little more pressure to get the solenoid to kick in causing some odd behavior of the trans.it seems to be working ok for now, however just know that its not a direct replacement for both solenoids.
