This was a perfect replacement on my 2017 F150 5.0 V8 even though Amazon said it wouldn’t fit. The only issue I have with it is the listing says it’s Made in the USA but the box clearly says Made in China.

Arrived on time. Easy fit as expected. Operates as expected. My truck is still getting misfire codes after replacing spark plugs, coils and this PCV valve. I guess I will have to take the fuel injectors off and try cleaning them.
