Terrible. Jams every 3rd staple. Just long enough for you to feel safe and confident you made a wise purchase and shouldn’t throw it away. Trash.

Although this product was easy to load and easy to use, the product broke after the third staple. The spring literally popped out and flew across the room and another metal piece snapped off.

It's a goodproduct but it's not built like a trading stapler, so therefore opening & putting the staples in is without ease of insering the staples & it doesn't come with a skeptical, so trying to figure out how to open & fill it. It takes a little manipulation to hold it open & fill!!! Outside of that it's a very sturdy product....

I have been looking for a comfortable, effortless stapler and came across this, so purchased it.What you may like1. Really nice build quality2. Very smooth and effortless even when stapling at least 15 papers (that I tried)3. Comes with a lot of staples in the packageWhat you may not like1. slightly on the bulkier side2. For its bulk, I wish that it had taken larger staples to staple even more paper

Here’s the short version. I bought this stapler and hated it because I used crummy staples. I gave it a horrid one-star review, but the seller convinced me to examine what staples I was using. Now I’m here to atone.With three other different brands of standard staples, including Swingline and Stanley Bostitch, I’ve had no trouble. This stapler is great. Just for fun, I’ve stapled 18 sheets and 36 sheets quite easily, although 36 is clearly pushing it.After that, my co-worker demanded that I order her one. I did, and now she’s happy, too.If you’ve had a bad experience with this stapler, please consider your staples. Like me, you may find that the stapler is fine. (You don’t need short strips of staples, but you do need single strips, not double. It even says this in the Instruction Booklet.)Dear LandHope, thanks for the good work :)
