I ordered this file cabinet from Amazon and file cabinet arrived promptly on time. It was in excellent condition and did not require assembly. I did not have to pay extra to have it shipped. It came with 2 keys for the lock. The file cabinet is reliable, sturdy and very dependable. Exactly what I needed for my business. And for a fraction of what others cost of this quality. Company is reliable and timely. Would only buy any future file cabinets needed from this company.

The file cabinet itself is okay, but it had a huge dent on one side at the bottom, I constantly read reports where items arrive damaged, you would think someone would look into this, obviously, it is not something I can return, due to its size and weight.

I ordered this file cabinet from Amazon Wednesday, January 17, 2024 in the afternoon. It stated it would arrive Monday, January 22 or Tuesday, January 23, 2024. File cabinet arrived Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 10 AM. It was in excellent condition and did not require assembly. I did not have to pay extra to have it shipped. It came with 2 keys for the lock. After going through Staples customer service three times they said they were sending us a new set of keys. It has been about a week and so far the cabinet is just sitting there unable to be opened. Also shout out to the guy who tried to explain to me how to open a drawer. It is locked sir.
