If you're taking your Starlink Gen 2 dish to the beach like I do, this endcap is a lifesaver. Sand gets everywhere, and it's a pain to keep it out of the connection channel. This protective cap fits perfectly on my dish, and I can still stash the dish in its case without any trouble, even with the cap on. It really does the job of keeping sand out, which is a huge plus. For anyone who camps at the beach, this is one of those small things that makes a big difference. Definitely worth having.
