The bracket hardware is junk. The metal is ok, but the nut plates that the knobs screw into to adjust angles are junk. As soon as I went to tighten the knobs, the nutplates broke off! The nutplates are barely welded on to the bracket. I had to modify the bracket and install my own bolts and nuts all the way through the tube. They do give you a lot of wall mounting hardware except for what I needed, (lag bolts) to go solidly into a 2x4.

Looks nice and sturdy so I think it will stand the test of time against harsh weather and climate. Easy instructions for installation.

The material is very strong, but it needed modifications to secure the tube from moving. If left as it comes, the wind would rock the dish and there is a possibility that you may encounter signal interference. However, if you make a couple of modifications, then it can become very strudy.

My last mount that came with my dish ended up rusting and it wasn't up for very long. Literally right after I installed this on my roof, we were hit with back to back rain storms that included wind blowing up to 20mph. While it may not seem like much, my last mount rusted and broke after a rainstorm. With this mount, not only did it make it through the rains but even the wind. I did climb onto my roof to double check everything and absolutely nothing is loose or moving around. Even the dish is completely secured to this mount. I've now had this mount on my roof for about 2 months and not only is everything still good but I still see no rusting on the mount itself.

Seems to be well designed however the threaded portions for the screws are very poorly aligned, this allows only one side to lock into the grooves at a time rather than both sides like they should.

The material is definitely thicker than I anticipated. Everything in the kit feels robust, and the quality is actually superior to what I expected for an antenna mount.
